The Radio Information Board

Hi all, anyone have an idea for a Good/excellent charger for the ni-mh batterys for the tk-250/350 HT??.. I have used the duel Kenwood charger but dont think it getting the job done and also have been using the Universal tri chem chargers but they are no better, put in a dead 7.5 volt battery and when it fully charged the battery voltage is like 8.11 to 8.13. I would think it would be at least 8.4 to 8.5 volts. tired of changing batterys. any help appreciated Davie n-3-c-h-u-at atlanticbb dot net Thanks
