TK-190 on 10 M

Hi all, would like to put my Kenwood TK-190 on 10M and its a K1. I know about the K2 6-10M conversion but was wondering if anyone has put one of these just on 10M with good results? If so what did you you use for "Test settings" also "sensitivity" settings? thank you and any help will be appreciated.
