Changing the band split on a Kenwood tk-880

Hi all, I have a tk-880 on 400-430 split and would like to slide it up to 450 to 470(actually 440) has anyone ever done this and whats involved? I have done it once on an old Maxar a long time ago but that was a crystal radio. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you. Davie n-3-c-h-u at atlanticbb dot net
