The Radio Information Board

I have two TK 190's that I just bought. I have the KPG59D V 3.02 and I have the normal cable which works on my 2180, 2180, 481 and nx 210. Is there something I'm missing why it might not work on the 190's. Its the connection or com error when I try to read the radio.
