TK380 probs or ???

Hey All,
I'd like to set up my TK380 with conv and LTR.

However when I do.....
I loose the talkaround on the keypad option as well as alot of scanning features.

Also,
The one I have with a full keypad I Mod'ed for field programing however I can only follow the factory split.
If I want to go above or below I'm restricted to the software.

Any thoughts/Ideas/flames/putdowns....all are welcome! :beer:

I'm having this same problem with the TK-380 and talk-around, and the radio seems to scan even when the scan function is disabled. Did no one ever reply to your post?

My radios are all V2 and programming with the KPG49D V4.00 windows software. I think its a firmware issue and am looking into it. I'll let you know what I find. Update 6 Feb. : I'm told the latest firmware for the V2 radios has checksum 8900, and have flashed my radios with that firmware ... no help. Still working on it.
