GE monogram mobile

i was trying to program radio had programmed it before with no problem than second time for some odd reason lost connection. no it wont let me reprogram it and comes up w/error every time you power up. checked all connections on programming cable and they are ok. any ideas

Did you program it with the same computer both times?
Have you read the radio to make sure the RSS didnt switch the band?
Can you read the radio?
