KPC programming problems

Hello

I have all the cables and software but when i try to write to the radio if get "unable to read tracking data" I can read the radio fine but can't write to it can anyone help :gojerry:

Try reading/writing tracking data to the radio using MAINTENENCE. Then write a personality to it.
