My own EDACS!

How much money/work/parts would it take to set up my own little EDACS system, assuming such things as frequency licenses and other bureaucratic BS is taken care of? Something small consists of maybe 10 users max and a small geographic area. Like a "gee-whiz" kind of thing.

MANY thousands of dollars. Channels and GETC controllers are expensive.

I just pitched out a complete 16 plus controller that was removed to upgrade. I will look for the other though.
