Bendix king EPH Software issue.

I recently purchased the EPHEdwin software and I am trying to upload to the radio. I keep getting a "unable to upload" error message. I can read the radio frequencies but I always get this same message along with "unable to set baud rate". I see the frequencies in the radio but not the labels. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
