EFJ 5317 Version 200

Hello,
Question for the experts here:
I have an old VHF 5300 I would like to reprogram for CAP conventional system. On startup, it very briefly displays "EFJ * V200" , then shown a programmed channel. PCC 1.28.0.8 will read the version info and upload the radios current parameters, but only at Baud Rate 9600. Version info shows:

I am not sure if PCC 1.20.0.8 is file format compatible even though it reads the parameters so I have not tried to download new parameters. What version of PCC and what are my options? Can the firmware be updated to be compatible with PCC 1.28?

Disregard. These early version 1 radios program with PCC 1.28.0.8, but only at 9600 baud and with the send/receive delay increased (I set ti to 15). The send/receive delay is found under the TOOLS menu.
