Becoming a Kenwood/Icom dealer

Post by dispatcher85 »

Can anyone tell me what the inital startup costs and or criteria you need to meet to become a kenwood/Icom dealer. I was looking into Motorola but have heard some horror stories. Many people told me to look into Kenwood and or Icom for the best results. Anyone with any feedback?

Kenwood requires an initial purchase of 5000.00. You need to get the ball rolling by contacting the Kenwood Rep for your area,He will decide if he needs another dealer in your area.

The rep company for Kenwood for Western Penn is Great Lakes Communications Sales at (800) 443-6262.
For Eastern Penn it is R. P. Moses and Company at (516) 679-8774.
