Does anyone know where i can purchase the above software to program

my VX160.

Windows or dos will be ok.

Vertex parts would be a great start. They are the nicest people I have ever dealt with. They have even sent me stuff for free (small screws and an escutcheon for a VX-210) just for the asking.
