Does the replacement front panel come with the battery release tab and springs? Is there anything I need to order to go with a new front panel? What is the part number for J1 the mic jack? Can the average tech replace the mic jack?

Pair of TK-360's on ebay cheap
Ebay auction 7567414309 has 2 TK-360's It'll take over $25 to buy them. I wa s interested just for the batteries and such, as I have no need of the UHF radio. Feel free to bid, or if I get them I'll make a deal on the radio parts.
