NC dispalyed on PM82SM

NC dispalyed on PM82SM

Hello
We have an Ericsson PM82SM in the ER of the hospital where I work. The nurse told me that she had NC displayed on the front panel for a while, but when I looked at it, it was alright. I presume the NC meant no connection. We don't have a manual for it. Does anyone know what that display means? Does anyone sell old manuals for these?

I believe the NC indicates no Control Channel and radio will not receive or transmit when it is displayed
