I just picked up a new tk-830H and it will not turn on. There is power to the main board but I checked the remote cable and all of the leads are dead. I am not a tech so I am lost anyone have any ideas.

Ok I was checking some things for power and when I tuched a diode (chip) it powerd up it is on the small board where the ribbon conects and is labeled PSC. If you look at the radio from behind it is the ribbon to the left.
