kenwood krk-4db programming

Post by deltamedicseo »

I have installed a krk-4db kit onto a tk-630H and a tk-830. The tk-630 is radio 1 and the tk-830 is radio 2. I have installed all the hardware sent in the krk-4db box including the FAB and FAC chips into the IC108. However when I power up the radios the tk-830 does not seem to be turning on, I`m not hearing the relays click. And also when I try to read the radios to program my software is only seeing the tk-630H.
Am I missing or forgetting something else? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

There are several jumpers that have to be re configured in the radios, have you done them?

I'll see if I can lay my hands on the KRK-4DB instruction manual and let you know.
