The Radio Information Board

When I bought my SOPC1122 it came with adjustment software.
Does anyone know how to use it?

I can read the IC-F121 / 221 contents and move the channels around
but what do all those registers mean?

I would like to raise the devation a little bit.

Hello I see you said you were able to read your channels etc I just received my cable and software but I can't seem to get it to read from my radio, what settings are procedure is there to get the connections working, thanks for any help you can offer.
