I've been lurking for a while, and I hope someone here can help!

I recently acquired a bunch of SP-5150 handhelds and an SMP-4000 programmer, and I'm looking to set up a small business-band network for a nonprofit group. I didn't get any instructions with the SMP-4000, unfortunately.

Before I start blindly pushing buttons, does anyone know of a link to instructions? Or can someone here help with the "basics"?

I have found instructions on the net for programming low-band radios using the GE version of this programmer, but not for the VHF-high radios.
