Shinwa Mobiles

Anyone have any info or can point me to a source for Shinwa, the model is SC 245 , and I believe they are VHF. Will have the radios in hand next week. But there is no paperwork coming with them. Looking for info such as made by other company ? program info... programming instructions. They may be front face programmable.
