I received a water damaged VX800 from a customer. Since has replaced with VX900.Powers up ok, display blinks, and no tx or rx.
Can up load, down load, and reprogram no problem.
Any hope for recovery?? any tricks or recovery effort I could make???
Radio was only 6 month old, warenty will not cover flood damage, we already checked with Vertex.
