Does anyone have any info that can help me set up 3 of these radios.

pc to radio cable schematics.
I am new to radios and really have no info at all about them.
I would like to be able to place 2 of them in vehicles and use the 3rd as a base unit,have applied for the license to use them for commercial use,but as yet do not know how to set them up.
