Kenwood TK380 Firmware upgrade

I havea file which is the latest version of Version 1 of the TK380 firware and want to know how to install
Does some body has a detailled procedure to install the firware upgrade

Firmware FPRO.EXE

To program the firmware, you need to use the FPRO.EXE file that is included with the Programing software; KPG49D
