The Radio Information Board

Does anyone know what format the program in a GX3000's EPROM is in? I have the software, but not the factory programmer. When I save a file created with the software, it is saved as a text file. I doubt that is what it writes to the EPROM. Does anyone have a programmed EPROM they can read and send me an image of? If so, please give me what is actually programmed in the radio (frequencies, tones, TOT, etc.). Any such info sent to me will be kept strictly confidential. Does anyone have a breakdown of how the codeplug is laid out? Or does anyone know of a version of the software for these that can be used with a regular PROM burner?
