I'm startin to like Icom radios lately, Since I got my hands on the IC-F11, I love it, only down side is that it doesn't do MDC.

I was wondering what I would need to program it?
From googleing I found this:

OPC-478 - Icom Programming Cable (Specific to the F11 (VHF)/F21 (UHF)
CS-F11 - IC-F11 Programmiing Software
CS-F11 ADJ - IC-F11 Adjust Utility Software

Is there anything else I would need other than the radio itself, or any other cables?

the programming cable is not specific to the f11. It is actually the old cable from the f4tr, f3 and f4. I use the ham version and it works the same too...
