Need programming info for the SP130V2

Hi all,
I found a couple of these units in the old closet yesterday. One works, and the other one is a parts unit.
I would like to find someone who would be willing to program this unit for me at a reasonable rate. It is 4 channels.
All I need is our business channel, and three MURS channels
