KPg-46 8 pin,but the KPG-4 6 pin works if you carefully insert it.If you have a version 2 repeater, you need a different software(KPG-91d) to access the new features.

Thanks, that's what I needed to to before I order software and cable.

The repeaters have been in service approximately one year. I'll check version when at the site tonight.

If it is a version 2,it will say: ?50 vers 2 on the sticker on the right rear side of the repeater.

Remote control via DTMF and a courtesy tone that sounds just before unkey which is useless,it should beep upon loss of cor.The reason for hangtime is to keep all users squelch open while having a conversation....so if you wait for the beep it drops out.

Wish I'd held out a little longer in purchasing mine, the DTMF remote control sounds nice... Courtesy beep, who cares. Mine's a TKR-750-K2.
