VMDE-200 Programming

I could not programming my VMDE-200.
My CE-39 Ver 1.21
My CE-73 Ver 1.01W
My Cimarron [ANI Prog] Ver 1.03
My VX900 Firmware Ver 1.53
I use the programming cable and install the VMDE-200 into my VX-900, I press [PTT+Orange Button then switch on the Radio] and the LCD display display Sub Clone.
After I clicked the Upload from Radio to Computer a few seconds, the windows pop up erro message (I remember is about the Com Port soemthing).
I checked the com port is correct and the speed is 9600bps. (I use same port to programming my radio frequency and everything is fine.
Anyone can help me ?
The manual from Cimarron said the minimum ver. of the CE-39 1.23, thus do I need to upgrade my CE-39 from 1.21 to 1.23 ?

Yes. if you can, get the firmware in the radio upgraded also to current firmware. Not sure what current firmware version is though.
