I picked one up for our department two weeks ago. Had programming issues because I wasn't using XP. That's all set now. Purchased the radio as a demo: Water resistant (for my Plumbers) and loud audio (did I mention they're partially deaf?) So far, he likes it: lighter than a vx-160, and better audio....time will tell

Got my demo two weeks ago. Even though i sell them, i get to try them out with my fire company.
My chief loves it. I have the vmde200 encode decode board installed also.
Impressive audio. I only have the 4 button option on mine, not the plain or 16 key.
I did not order a speaker mike yet. I am just hoping to get it back to try out for my self.

I got myself a VX-920 about a month ago and its a great radio but I do have some complaints about it. The one major problem I've is that when I'm in follow-me scan and I want to change channels I first have to take it out of follow-me scan then change the channel. It's kind of a pain. I'd like if I could just change the channel in one step. If I use the regular scan option though it has no problems with me changing channels while still in scan mode.
