Recently just got this back to life with the great folks at the MACOM TAC with new feature data. Radio is once again working however the keypad buttons function intermitantly and the sys/group knob won't change groups.
Its not a personality programming issue as the knob and keypad are configured correctly?
Make sure the red emergency button is not stuck in. That is what it sounds like to me. If you have to take the case off and pop the button out and put the case back on to check.
