The Radio Information Board

i have a uhf 16 channel on some gmrs channel that doesn't work where i am...would like it to go to the ham band 440-450 mhz..... if not there will it go to the " T " band on 470-490 mhz area ? the gmrs channels around here are dead and not worth an $80 license or to put up a repeater to chat with myself...................scott
