The Radio Information Board

Can anyone tell me if there is an adjustable tone control on the 30 series of radios? My 730 has a nice sharp solid audio output in the speaker, however, my 830 sounds really really bassy and I would like to adjust it to sound more like my 730 does. I thought I would ask here before opening up the radio again since I do not have any types of manuals for these radios.

I have changed out the speakers on the 830 with about 4 different speakers and they all sound the same. Including the one that was on the 730 that sounds so good.

Any help would be appreciated.

There are no adjustments for tone,I suspect a problem on your audio amp board.
