The Radio Information Board

I recieved a 630 and 730 deck along with a full feature head, When I got them I figured out that they were both missing the EPROM, I ordered a new set for Dual band Single head, I also replaced the CH Memory chips while I was at it. Now I was able to program a test Freq into them but when I try to transmit nothing happens? Any ideas? Also is there a way to tell which dek is the VHF low and High? The stickers have worn off and i can't read them any more. Also Can somone suggest a good tech to possibly send these to, so that I can get them working?

Open them up, if you are the least bit familiar with radios take the cover off the final amplifier and it should be obvious which is high and which is low, otherwise there are probably other ways to tell. I can help if you need more info.
