I just received my ICOM IC F3061 Brand new from Dealer and I am waiting for my programming cable and Software.. i turned on the unit and it just squelchs. The Mon icon is not displayed is this normal until i program...

If it's like the F-50 you need to set the squelch in the software.
In the factory default it's wide open.
