I was wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on the Kenwood TK-7160 .Looking at how it performs Rx tx sound ect....

Excellent radio! Plenty of performance and features,and darn near waterproof with all those rubber gaskets.

I have had my 7160 for a couple of years now still works great but I do have a question about it can i program the 2 m ham frwquencys into the radio i just passed my tech test just wondering if it is possible

I have to add to this one, great upgrade from the TK760h model, as always, Kenwood likes to expand there range on there radios, unlike Moto. In my book, a very good radio.
