First, what software and programming adapter do I need to program a TK-7180?

Second, I need an internal speaker for the same radio. New or used is fine, as long as its in good condition and works properly.

software is kpg-89dk windows base software. kpg-46 programming cable. for the speaker go to www.pacparts.com and do a search under kenwood then tk7180 it list the speaker part # T07-0757-05 hope ths helps.

Your KPG4 circuit will work on this radio. It doesn't use pin 1 or 8.
