5100 and 5300 USB Programming Cables

Hello!
Curious what pricing you've seen on the 5100 Series and 5300 Series USB programming cables (the ones that do not require the RPI)...
I got to try the 5100 Series USB cable (nice) and hope to try out the 5300 Series USB cable shortly. I think they list for $150, but was hoping to find them for less under some sort of GSA/other pricing structure...
P/N 023-5100-970 and 023-5300-980. Best I've seen is $120 each!
