EFJ 5100- needs servicing

Anyone know where I can send my efj for some repairs?
It was purchased off someone, who said they got it from ebay- so I don't know the exact history, or how many hands its changed.
Just looking for some options at this point.
Located close to Niagara Falls, Canada. Also have a US address.
