Does anyone recognize this inversion module - please help

This is installed in a TK-830 and I need to install it in another but I am sure that there are some mods in order to make it work.
That looks to be a Transcrypt board. Can you tell me what it says on the white paper?Most time, all you have to do is reinstall a jumper pr resistor on the receive and transmit audio paths. I'll look in our notes tomorrow and see what you have to do to install a transcrypt board into a 830. We install Transcypt boards into TK-790's all the time, that's the most modification we have to do.
