The Radio Information Board

Hi all, i just purchased 3 vx-800 radios to use while at work and i am having programming issues with one of them. I am using CE-31 a usb interface cable with the driver installed and upon tring to upload download the radio comes up with "err4" on the display and will not program. Anyone know the solution.

and does anyone know how to use the radio to radio cloning option.

Sounds like a cable problem to me. Are you using the offical cable or some knock off?
