BK newbie model EPH programming question.

I have a BK EPH5101A. I'm trying to enter 151.1975 but it keeps showing 151.1950 when I'm programming (keyboard programming). I've tried NB and WB. Why won't the radio accept this freq?

From the information I can find on the EPH series radios they are not capable of operating on the new 7.5kHz offset channels. As is typical of most older radios, the synthesizer can only do 5 kHz steps.

It is able to operate in narrow band mode on the original 15 kHz channels but it is not capable of operating on the new channels.
