Kenwood x30 mods for dualband use

Greetings all. After several months of trying to track down the parts to put together my 630/830 dualband setup, I have finally put together everything I need... except for the info. Here's what I have so far:
-TK830 with KCH4 head, modded to 160 channels.
-TK630 drawer unit, original 32 channels.
-Both radios have been put together with a KRK-4DB with the 830 as the main radio and the 630 as the secondary radio.
-The audio mod has been done to the 630 to put the audio through the same speaker as the 830.
Now here's what I want to do:
-Take the audio off the control head so I don't have to run a speaker lead to the trunk.
-Convert the whole setup to be ignition switched.
