EFJ Viking VM600

I hope that everyone here are ok and safe from that ah nasty virus that is going around the usa.
I am looking for a little bit of help with my vm600. Need to get the phase 2 activated on it as I have reached out to EFJ and been told its EOL now. Does anyone here know of a efj tech that i can talk to or do you have any ideas ??
