The Radio Information Board

Can some one help me program the above radio.
i tried to use the rib from batlabs but no success.
i need to know what rib and software?

You will need a VPL-1 programming cable, no RIB is needed. The software is Vertex CE-5 for a 4/12/24 channel radio
