The Radio Information Board

I have owned and used my IC-F3S for about 4 years now, but have never tried to put pager alert tones in it. I know it will accept them, but I can't find in my programming software where to put the tones. The tones are something like ( 1234.0 A & 123.4 B) Any ideas?

The software is Ic-F3 revision 3.0.
